Frank Moreno (born 2 March 1990, Chiapas, Mexico) is founder of ēndor / Grupo Endor, a Mérida branding and advertising agency started in 2012 after an earlier BTL venture. The agency site’s biography covers concert promotion, a failed restaurant, and later ranking among Mexico’s agencies (Merca 2.0). In 2021 he moved from CEO to president/board; he also teaches at ēndor Academy and co-founded byhoppers.com. LinkedIn still lists him as director general; the agency operates from Mérida, Yucatán.
